These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of mandoura.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Mandoura, a Delaware corporation ("Mandoura", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site gives general information about Mandoura. It does not offer a product or service for sale. If we offer a product or service in the future, separate terms will apply to it.

If you email us ideas, questions or feedback, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you. Do not send us confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to keep it confidential.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law permits, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Mandoura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, that results from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site or these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Site after a change, you accept the changed Terms.
